I have nearly 15 years of experience as a counselor in both an intensive outpatient and a traditional therapy environment. All of this work has been collaborative, and I love joining with other therapists and professionals to offer clients comprehensive care.
When I consider my role as supervisor, I see each associate as internally motivated. Because of that, I hope to provide opportunities for you to experientially learn. I prefer allowing independence and autonomy with thoughtful and direct feedback, encouraging self-awareness, spontaneity, and openness in our process together. My hope is that our work will be characterized by trust, allowing a safe place to share vulnerabilities, concerns, and mistakes as well as celebrate breakthroughs, successes, and progress.
