My career began in a collaborative, intensive outpatient setting, where I served clients and their families as a case coordinator, group facilitator, and therapist. I have nearly 15 years of experience counseling adults and older adolescents through some of life's most difficult moments.
My aim is to provide compassionate and empathetic counseling that helps clients find hope and gain resilience.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communcation Studies from Samford University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Every person has a unique story, full of good and hard experiences. When pain, crises, or conflict enters the story, it tends to get all of our attention. Let's work together to remember the larger picture, address the hurt, and find our way to the other side.
Counseling is a team effort, and the goal of our work is to gain insight that transforms your daily life.
